Fitness Discussion

I feel like most of the peeps doing CT challenges are not as out of shape as me.  No shade to all the awesome skinny legends in here.  Going on a fitness/health journey can be extremely lonely.  I'm just looking for my obese fam, that are doing these challenges too!  If you have 50+ Lbs to lose, leave a comment, and let me know I'm not alone.  Which program are you doing?
