Hey yall. So im on day 3 of the '20 2 week shred, and I'm worried I'm either doing something wrong or not doing enough. This is my 2nd challenge (did the '24 summer shred, then did a week of this challenge but had to start over after doing half cause I went out of town for a week. Im still pretty out of shape) and like. . . . I'm not sore? At all. The scheduled workout still gets my heart rate up and makes me sweat, but I'm feeling less burning and soreness than I think I should. Is this just a sign of me getting stronger, or do I need to add extra videos per day?
