So I have a little question, cause I started exercising about 2 months ago, and almost 3 weeks ago I started doing Chloe's workout (2023 weight loss). I have to say, that I feel stronger and everything, but I don't really know, if I'm doing something wrong or what, cause even if I'm trying to loose some weight by doing workouts, I still weight the same (66 kg). I'm also trying to eat less calories. I know that workouts help me, cause my body measurements changed a bit. But still I'm not sure, am I doing something wrong? I mean I'm happy, that sometimes my body looks better, but my main goal is loosing weight. (edited by moderator)
