Hi everyone! I'm currently doing the hourglass challenge and I was doing a booty workout today and kind of wondered if anyone has used ankle weights with certain exercises instead of resistance bands? I know a lot of the workouts it may not be worth using them but I saw atleast 2 that could work with them. I would ask about the ab workouts but I have no idea if it's a good idea to use ankle weights with those workouts. This is all new to me so I'm just trying to learn! 😁
