I was recently diagnosed with serinegative rheumatoid arthritis and i am slowly turning my diet into an anti-inflammatory diet. i have been eating better since early may (no sugary foods or drinks, fast food once a week only, less calories per day, no junk food) but im stuck on what foods i can or can not eat for the anti-inflammatory diet. if anybody has any information that can help me please let me know! :) (edited by moderator)
