Hello, does anyone have any advice on this?
Everyday I have a workout to do I feel anxious, it is Ramadan so I do workouts after iftar, but that makes me even more anxious, the whole day I keep counting how many hours I have till I workout, and how much it will last, I feel like I’m unable to do anything else before the workout, and sometimes during the exercise I feel anxiety and keep thinking when it will end, and the rest days I feel like I’m in a big relief with a big worry off my shoulder, but if it is not a scheduled rest day (aka getting sick or getting period) I feel double the anxiety, and whenever someone mention something related to sports I feel my heart starts beating fast and so uncomfortable, I want to enjoy exercise as a routine, not a chore or an obligation, I want it to feel normal, but idk what to do
Also the workouts aren’t that super hard on me, like yes it is challenging, but that’s how workouts supposed to be, but other than that they are fine, like no severe pain, no severe health issue etc, but idk why this anxiety keeps coming..
