Hi everyone,
I am back at working out every day after some months but if I remember correctly I always get such low energy on pms, it's like I need someone to move my body for me while doing the moves. And I feel like I'm not at 100% and it feels like I'm ruining the program I'm doing🥲.
also I crave sweets a looot and tend to eat more! Normally, I don't eat much or have no problem controlling my meals but on pms I just want to be under the blanket eat super spicy food and sweets back and forth🥲🤭
