Fitness Goals
Hello girls,
So I started my fitness journey since November 2024 and of course I've seen progress in terms of my physical strength and some changes in my body and weight.And right now I'm doing the booty workout -because I wanna to grow this booty and to make that hourglass figure🤭-
But the problem here is my lower belly and my lower back Their size is 80 cm....they haven't changed since the day I started my fitness journey.Regardless if there were slight changes,but I don't see it!
To be honest,this whole thing is draining my energy and confidence sometimes and it really makes me hate my body.And that's not what I want...AT ALL!.
And in the first day of September,I cut out sugar,flour , rice and bread.(But in special cases, I eat them rarely)
And I plan to continue this for up to three months.😚
Despite the fact that I consider as a teenage girl,but I really want to achieve the body of dreams....I.Really.Need.To.
