Workout
Today is my first day doing the 2024 weight loss challenge. I'm a very heavy for my body and i need to lose some good amount of weight but as my first day i could only do the 5 minutes workout and only 10 minutes of a full body workout, i still had 10 more minutes left and 10 more minutes of a snatched waist workout. But i started feeling so tired and my legs started shaking and feel so weak that i stopped, i couldn't finish it.
Anyone has any advices for a beginner on how to keep going or maybe some advices on how to be more motivated to keep going and not give up on the workouts?
