I was wondering if here is someone with a similar background story as me to share experiences…?
I was really fit 2-3 years ago but during my pregnancy I gained a lot weight, couldn’t move too much and got a c-section that required a long healing period.
My stamina during this time spiraled down to almost 0 and now that my baby is a bit older I feel like I got finally a bit time for myself again - and I want MY body back!
But I can’t even finish one workout without almost throwing up - any tips?
I feel like doing something everyday is better than nothing but at the same time I am so frustrated with myself…😬
