Any suggestions for trouble starting a new program?

Has anyone else found themselves struggling to start a new challenge after finishing one? I finished my second Chloe Ting challenge right around the 21st, and then had to hold off on starting a new one because I was on vacation. I'd like to start my next challenge in a few days (I would have started on the 1st, but my foot has been bothering me and I want to let that clear up), but the idea of doing another challenge is. . . honestly very overwhelming. I had very little trouble with my first challenge, but keeping up with the workouts became a real struggle during my second challenge, and I'm having trouble feeling motivated to do another one now. Has anyone else experienced this, or have some advice for how to get past the block?
