Hey yall so after day 1 of my workout on Tuesday which was glutes and legs my legs from hips to feet have been hurting really bad I can't walk properly like at all i cannot stand I cannot even Bend my knees I can't do nothing much and the most part that kills me is the stairs that I have to clime and the thing is today I got glutes and leg again but I can't do it which I really wanna do but it hurts too much every single leg and feet muscle does so what do I do? plz let me know btw I do cool downs and stretches
