Hi! I've been struggling with being skinny fat all my life and I've been trying to correct that. My midsection is fatty but the rest of my body is thin. I'm doing Chloe Ting's 28 day program hoping to lose belly fat, but at the same time I also hope to gain a bit of muscle. I'm also taking protein shakes. Does anyone here have any advice for skinny fat? :) Thank you so much!
