I am following a diet and a regimen and I’ve been doing two-week program challenge . As the days passed, I noticed that the bones of the rib cage were very clearly visible and I did not achieve the weight loss I wanted. What should I do? (My height is 158, my weight is 50, and I eat 1300 calories , most of which is protein)
I want a flat stomach and a waist without showing the rib cageday
