Workout
Yesterday I did the 2019 2 week shred challenge’s first day and I was DRIPPING in sweat. Today I did the same one but I noticed that I was barely sweating even though I did it at the same intensity. It feels like the workout is not working because I am not sweating as much. Is it important to be sweating a lot for it to work or is it ok?
