Hi, I'm doing the 2020 Flat Tummy Challenge. I'm starting off pretty unfit. The thing is, I'm enjoying the workouts and manage to keep pace most of the time. Today is the 1st rest day in the challenge - meaning no workouts. How important is the rest day? Will resting today give me better results? Or does continuing onto the next workout day give better results? And does resting mean like do nothing active? Or should I do something, and if so what do you recommend?
