Hello everyone :)
I’m starting out my fitness journey with Chloe Ting/Core and was wondering if the warm ups and cool downs are worth completing. I’m still very new to exercising and find it hard to get through the actual workout, but having to add another 5-10 minutes of optional activity completely drains my energy and it’s super hard. But I feel like I’m not completeing the program without the warm up and cool down :(
I’d love to hear some people opinions and suggestions!
