Are there any programs which focus on just one part of the body each day? So for example one day the workouts are just for legs, on the day after just for arms and etc. I recently got to know that this kind of program will be good since some parts of your body can rest on the days you are working on other parts, but I don't know which program has this kind of split (or if she even has this kind of challenge)
