Hi everyone!
I’m currently doing the 2025 weight loss challenge.
I have one small issue though, in high school I hurt my left wrist and am still facing some complications to this day as a uni student.
Today one of the workout videos was a arm workout and as I was following along with the video, I realized I couldn’t do most of the workouts due to my wrist. For example, high planks, burpees, anything that requires me to be in the high plank position and having my body weight be directed towards my wrist if that makes sense. (Added image as an example)(not me).
It hurts really bad if I bend my wrist that way. Some days hurt less so I attempt to do those workouts on those good days. But on the bad days I opt to doing wall pushups as it’s less pressure on my bad wrist.
Is there any arm workouts you guys can recommend to me to do that is bad wrist friendly 🤣😭 thank you!!🙏🏼
