Does anyone have recommendations for arms/upper body workouts that don't have a lot of planks or exercises on your hands and knees? I have weak wrists due to past injuries/broken bones so I can't put too much weight on my hands and my doctor has told me that even strengthening my arms/shoulders likely won't change that.
In the past I've skipped any exercises that I can't do due to this but I really want to strengthen my upper body :( A lot of Chloe's upper body workouts put too much weight on my wrists so I struggle to find good workouts for me
