Fitness Discussion

I gained some weight in the past few months, so I'm here to lose it, but my biggest issue is armpit fat since I've always had it throughout my life even when my weight is perfect for my body.   It doesn't go away like the rest of my body fat, and I'm determined to get rid of it this time.   So I signed up for the weight loss program, and my question is will my armpit fat fade with this specific program?   Does it target such areas as the arms? 

How can I lose armpit fat?
