Workout
It’s annoying how much mental irritation and even kinda hate I feel while doing arm workouts 😂they are the hardest to me, but I know I need them too. I’m fine with all the other kinds of workouts, and especially glute/lower body and core workouts are my favs. Especially the glutes as I burn most of calories related to the effort while doing them. And the arm workouts are super hard and I only spend little calories as the smaller groups of muscles are included… anyone else here hating on arm workouts but still doing them? 😅how do you manage your feelings towards these? 😅
