Back at again
Since February this year, I've been really trying to lose the weight I've gained in the last two years. Tried doing it through the leap fitness apps, getting between 10000 to 15000 steps a day, and consuming 1300-1600 calories . However was not losing any weight, even though I have been fairly consistent. So I am trying out Chloe tings work out videos/ programs.
I will be sticking to my original schedule of six days a week, along with walking and diet.
First challenge; 2019 2 week shred.
Starting weight is: 170LBS
Goal is: 135LBS
if any of you have any tips or advice, I am all ears. (:
