Hey everyone!  i wanted to ask, does anyone get intense lower back pain when doing ab workouts?  i've had this pain since forever but i don't know why.  it's like a really strong lower back pain specifically when doing abs workouts.  does anyone know why or what can i do about it?  tysm and i hope u have a great day.
