Fitness Discussion

Any advice? I gained 15 lbs in the past 3 months, hurt my back, currently in physical therapy, and not doing well emotionally/physically since my eating is so bad too, so todays day 1 of getting my life back on track, id love it if you guys had any advice!! ty <3
