I love working out abs, and I really enjoy Chloe's Ab workouts. But I have a problem when it comes to my back.
I have an already arched back, just laying down flat, so I have trouble following stuff like "Keep your back on the matt" or "Make sure you don't arch your back"
Its especialy bad with anything that involves having your legs raised, (I still do the excercise, but my form is simply wrong then. And I'm scared to get problems because of that wrong form)
Its sad, going that I started several programms in the past on her Website, without being able to finish them because of backpain
Does anyone have any tips, or can someone at least recommend workouts that aren't that heavy on the back?
