Hi girlies ! I struggle with irregular bowel movements, only having a bowel movement once a week, and I often should use laxatives to help with this, either by drinking them or using rectal suppositories.
Do any of you have suggestions to help me manage this without relying on laxatives? I'm concerned that my body is becoming too dependent on them.
PS: I already drink plenty of water (1-2 liters daily), eat fruits, vegetables, and take probiotics, but none of these strategies seem to be effective.
