What do you do to find balance when you've got physically taxing activities (like a big hike or kayaking) and a workout scheduled in a group challenge. I don't want to let down my teammates down by falling behind and lowering our rating but I also don't want to overwork my body and injur myself through overuse. One of my goals with movement training (strength, stretch, cardio) is that it's supposed to support my everyday life and hobbies, not interfere with them. What are your techniques for balancing active fun and training to prevent overuse?
