Hey, does anyone know what to do about REALLY bad balance, I can't really do any exercises that involve being on just one hand, or one leg, or really anything that requires me to be like down on all fours and off the ground, I have severely bad balance (sometimes i genuinely can't stand without beginning to fall over) and I was just wondering if anyone had a solution :)
