Fitness Goals
2 years ago I started my weightlos journey, everything went fine I was happy with my body and everything but the Last few months I started binging a lot, I blame not being happy in my body for it since I gained weight. I want to change that so I want to workout again and lose body fat but still gain Some muscle. I know that if u want to gain muscle that u need to do progressive overload but what chloe ting workouts are more matching my goals? Can someone please help? I do not want to restrict myself from food anymore because IM scared it Will end up with a binge again so can someone also tell me if I can lose weight even without being in a calorie deficit or maybe what I can do better? Ty all!!!
