Hello! After watching a documentary about plant-based vs meat-based protein, I want to start incorporating more plant-based protein and less meat. However, I have some doubts. I am a relatively picky eater and I do not love the texture of beans and I have never tried tofu. I am also worried that I will not take in enough protein or calories throughout the day. Do you have any advice on how to incorporate more plant-based protein? I was also wondering if there are any recipes you guys like that contain plant-based proteins (like beans or tofu) but the texture does not overtake the entire meal. Thank you! !
