Hi there! I’m almost done with the summer shred program, I actually look more bloated, and I’ve gained about four pounds. I’m doing all of the exercises, eating more whole foods, even going out of my way to walk and exercise more. I definitely feel the burn, too. I just don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I mean, maybe it’s because my sleep schedule has worsened because of finals, but I feel like that shouldn’t make such a profound impact that I would actually gain weight. I also have to do some exercises on my knees or without jumping due to an ankle injury. I just feel a little disappointed, but maybe I’m expecting results too soon. Is there some magical key thing I’m not doing, or am I just weird?
