So I really want to start working out. Because of my current lifestyle I do not have any muscle mass on my body. Therefore I am dead dead after just a 10min workout. I know that it‘s really hard in the beginning and breaks are important. But I feel like it would be easier and more motivating for me if i start with a „easier“ workout. Do you guys have any recommendations to which workouts fit for beginners like me? Thank you guys a lot in advance :)
