Beginner weight loss
I am starting the2021 weight loss challenge but I don’t see the modified  examples on the side.    I used to do these workouts a few years back and for those who couldn’t quit do the workout there was a modified example to the side  to do.    That was very helpful to do until I worked my way up to doing the actual full workout.    Anyone know which challenges show the  modified versions?
