Hi, I'm 16 years old and I want to start Chloe's Hourglass program. My mother can't afford to buy those healthy foods that help you lose weight. Every time she buys it, someone here at home goes and takes it (I live with 3 people's), and that is frustrating. So I wanted to know if I can lose weight and gain muscle mass by eating the foods I usually eat on a daily basis, since I can't buy them. I naturally eat little, but it doesn't seem to be enough. Can you give me ideas on what I could do in this situation? (edited by moderator)
