Belly Pooch Advice, Help, and Motivation

I need help.
I love working out.
I'm muscularly built.
I'm a physically active person.
But there's is one issue. I am not comfortable with my belly pooch. I try to do different Chloe Ting workouts (Viral 2019 challenge worked the best) however I still have a a bit of a pooch. Now, don't get me wrong, I have slim down TREMENDOUSLY, but I still am a bit (for the lack of better words) fat. I wear a bit tighter clothes, but I'm a bit nervous to wear one-piece swimsuits and my tighter clothes again. 'Cause if I do right now my stomach will be like "Oh, hello buddy!" which I don't want. My abs are showing a bit when I active my core (it looks kinda cute to be honest) but it's that lower area that OMG gets to me. Upper abs, middle abs, and obliques look smashing! I just wanna level my stomach to look flat. So what do I need help with? (1) ways to get rid of the belly pooch that actually worked for people, not according to science pls I beg you (2) If y'all encountered this, is it possible to get rid of? (3) If you did get rid of it, what was your motivation to do it (4) once you get rid of it, can you maintain it? (5) Is it easily possible to regain that belly pooch once you loose it for good? Sorry for all the questions and the long story, but I've been dealing with this thing for years, and now that I found that my workout is my comfort zone (especially with Chloe Ting, the only person that FINALLY worked for me), I needed to get rid of some L's in my life. Thanks Fam, XOXO, and God bless!
