I have researched the best ankle weights for the past few days because I want to add more resistance to my home workouts, especially for leg and glute training. I read reviews on The New York Times (Wirecutter), Healthline, and fitness YouTubers, and these two are consistently ranked among the best:

However, I’m still unsure which one would best suit my needs. I mostly do light cardio, pilates, and strength training at home. Comfort and adjustability are important for me. Has anyone here used either of these—or do you recommend something better?
