I toned up quite a bit after doing Chloe’s challenges and adding running, however my thighs, especially inner thighs are still pretty stocky which is causing me discomfort and it makes me chafe because they touch. What program got you best results for thighs? It can be other than the 2 thigh/leg related programs. I know shred ones are pretty good but it seems to mostly slim my abdomen and arms and hips, thighs not so much, at least the 2019 aand 2020 that I did.
