Im 17 yrs old and struggling with pcos weight gain and having alot of trouble loosing it and im currently trying to find a program i can do that wont rise mt stress hormone and help me loose weight i have been weight training but want to start a program to do to help weight loss i have been working out for ages like 20 weeks or more now n lost only just an inch in that time does anyone know any programs that would help????
