Hey, I posted before asking about when I should work out during Ramadan and got a punch of messages, each telling about their experiences, and the answers were really different and made me even more confused. So I decided to ask my previous coach about that and the answer was: if your goal is to loose weight do it before breaking your fast by 1 hr that's when the body will burn calories the most! Especially stubborn ones! (keep 1 hr rest before iftar so you'll have to start 2 hrs before iftar if your going for 1 hour workout). You can also do it 2 hrs after iftar and 4 hrs before bedtime but if you sleep early it'll interrupt your routine so this basically works for those who stay up late. Before and after suhor are the worst timing to do your workouts. And it all depends on your lifestyle and goals!
