Good morning!
I've been doing Chloe Ting on and off for several years and have found her workouts very effective, particularly for lower body strength! Build the booty, all that good stuff. However, I've always struggled with my upper body strength and arms in particular. Has anyone else had this issue and are there any tips for starting to build arm strength ?
