Fitness Discussion

I got diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease  at the age of 14 which ended up with me having epilepsy.  I used to do physical therapy from age of 15-16 but when the pandemic started.  I quit being active as I was finishing high school at home due to the pandemic and didn't have time to workout.  I want to go back to being active from living a sedentary lifestyle.  What's the best workout as I can't physically exhaust myself as that can cause me to have a seizure?
