hi guys!!
so I've been calculating my body fat percentage on and off while working out and it seemed to be going down. however, I decided to again today and even though my measurements seemed (very very slightly) better, when I calculated it, it said my body fat was a whole percent higher than when I last calculated.
does anyone have any advice on losing body fat? I've been trying to stay in a calorie deficit but it's hard, even though I seem to be doing everything right (working out 6/7 days, 10000 steps, 2L water, 60+ grams of protein) I never seem to burn enough calories to stay in a significant one, especially if I want to be eating enough to get lots of protein.
I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong :(
