Body measurements

I have been doing workouts since January 17 but I got sick and had to rest for 2 weeks. And then continued last week. I’m on calorie deficit while I was resting but my body measurements did not change anything.

Right now, I’m aiming to achieve 10k steps a day plus my daily exercise video from Chloe weight loss challenge. I feel sad and pressured that I’m not achieving anything.

Any tips and advice?
