Hi everyone!
I’m feeling a little confused.
I learned, watching different videos and doing research, that I’m a gynoid woman, I tend to concentrate adipose tissue in the lower part of my body, on the buttocks and legs, with the consequent presence of water retention.
I just completed one challenge, and almost the second one, and I started to ask myself if I’m doing the right workout for my body, cause my legs are always swollen but I would like to have them slender.
I thought that doing the high impact exercises was better, but apparently for my phenotype is not like that.
I know that for some excercises there’s the option “low impact”, but I wanted to ask if anyone knows if there are section where the excercise/workouts differ according to the different body shape, to be sure that all the exercises I do, they’re are right for my body.
I don’t want to leave Chloe’s training, cause I really like the way she explains and I feel really good with this process!
So I hope your answer can help me!
