Hello! Last year I started at 193 and got to 148 but sadly I had an unexpected surgery and took 2 months off. In that time I couldn’t workout/walk/track macros and ended up gaining 11lbs. Last week I started getting back into macros and working out but it’s like a weight on my shoulders from the lost muscle, also all my weights feel so heavy and I’m just discouraged. I just need some words of wisdom to get my head back into it! ❤️
