Hey!
I’ve been on a calorie deficit diet since March and have lost over 8 kg during this time. I use an app to track my calories and macronutrients, and even though I hit (or sometimes exceed) my protein goals almost every day, I’ve still lost 3 kg of muscle mass. :(
Since August, I’ve been doing Chloe Ting’s challenges. I’ve completed the Get Toned 2024 and the Shred and Toned 2024, but my muscle mass still isn’t increasing.
I really want to regain my muscle mass. Which challenge would be good for that? Do you think I can achieve this with Chloe’s exercises, or would it be better to start weight training?
