Hi guys, I completed my first challenge of chloe ting last month and am halfway through the 2nd challenge right now, but I dont have as much energy going into the workouts as I did before. I would barely put any effort into it and at this point I would sometimes let the video play out for the sake of it without actually putting in any work. I did think maybe this was because I needed an extra day or 2 to rest and then I would be able to get on track, but resting has also not helped me so far. Has anybody else felt this way? What do I do? (edited by moderator)
