Hi everyone, I work remotely 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I weigh 57 kg and am 1.68 m tall, although I used to weigh a maximum of 55 kg. Since adopting a more sedentary lifestyle (no workouts at home or walks, as I work from home), cellulite has started to appear on my legs.
I’ve decided to take action. I started by getting a stand-up desk so I can stand up every 15 minutes. Additionally, I do 1 hour on the treadmill daily, burning about 200 calories (is that enough?), and I try to drink 2 liters of water a day. I follow a Mediterranean diet because I live in Italy, rarely eat fast food, and consume plenty of fruits and vegetables.
However, despite all this, the cellulite remains. So, I’ve decided to follow Chloe’s program. Here’s a photo of how I look now—let’s see what happens in the future. I hope I can stay consistent because balancing work, kids, and hobbies isn’t easy! (edited by moderator)
