Hi guys hope you are doing well today
•So my problem is i want to start my fitness journey and I'm totally a beginner I can't even do a push up I want to gain weight cuz I'm skinny and i want to know if calisthenics is the best choice
• I've heard a lot of people saying that calisthenics is for flexibility and why are you lifting weights if you can't even lift your body weight
Please help me I'm really lost
